Not for Profit Status
In New Zealand, Earthrace is registered as The Earthrace Charitable Trust.
Everyone who works for Earthrace Conservation is a volunteer. No-one receives a salary, and we don't have an expensive office to run (we use Skype - a lot!). So we can promise you that all donations go directly towards enabling us to continue with our missions and campaigns to preserve and protect oceans and marine life around the world. Every pound, yen, dollar, Euro or króna that we receive will be put to good use.
Become a volunteer Why anyone would charge people to volunteer their time, heaven knows. If you’d like to work with us, it’s easy – and free. Just fill in the form on this website and we’ll introduce you to your nearest Chapter (www.earthraceconservation.org/volunteer-form). Welcome on board!
We plan on having a new 'Earthrace' at some stage in the future, and you can help us build it. With our own ships, we can get right into the middle of the action, wherever it is. In the meantime, we need donations so that we can take our new Sealegs vessel and her crew wherever she is needed.
Crucially, we need the right kind of equipment to make sure our missions succeed and to protect our teams. Clothing, hi def and cameras for stills and film so that we can document missions as they happen, and communications tools so that our teams can share what they're doing with each other, and with you.
We want to reach more young people through our education plans and through our Junior Activists Club. Producing educational resources that are relevant to many different age groups and professional enough to be used extensively by educators around the world is not cheap.
There are always conferences, rallies and other events happening around the world where we can make a difference by speaking out. Last year, our core crew paid out of their own pockets to get to some of the really important ones, and to produce flyers and posters to take with them, but we’d like to be able to fund more people to do more this year. Can you help?
Sponsors, goods and services in kind

From all of us to you - we'd like to say thank you. We appreciate you giving up your time to read this far and hope that you now feel assured that a donation to Earthrace Conservation will help make change happen.
